Copyright Information

There is much confusion about what a copyright protects and to what extent. All designs published by Whimsicals, Inc. are protected by United States Federal copyright laws, but what does that mean?

You are prohibited from copying any written instructions, photos, or graphics for any purpose other than your own personal use.

Distributing copies for use in teaching or for sharing with your friends so that they don't have to purchase anything is illegal and stealing from those who put so much effort into the designs.

A small quantity of projects can be made for yourself, your friends, or for craft shows in your local area.

HOWEVER, when a finished project using ANY elements of a design is displayed in a show or photographed for sale, (locally or on the web), credit must be given where it is due by noting that your product is a design by Whimsicals, Inc.
